   I was sort of chuckling quietly when all of these people were like: "The left is going to lose it when they have to get all of these permits to rebuild."

   That's not how politics work.

   These are the rich elite-- the "virtuous" people.

   Gavin will take care of them and he'll suspend whatever regs he has to to do so.
