   Next door at Del Monte Asian Market.. more Chinese stuff. Surprisingly they have ‘tauceo’ which is quite hard to find otherwise (we add this fermented soy bean on congee and also steam fish and tofu with it).

   And somehow, Chinese dried yeast?? Super curious about who is making what with it out here
