   I started writing these in week one - shortly after 6/26/2016 (see bio)

   They are now the first thing I do every day.

   I have not missed one workday.

   They are now my morning meditation, the first thing I do every day.

   It is a critical part of my journey. The beauty of the clarity brings me peace.
