   The Bolivian government has just arrested and deported Pablo Muñoz Hoffman, a Chilean Marxist guerrilla fighter. A fugitive ever since his 1996 prison break, Hoffman was a member of the FPMR, the communist armed group that spearheaded the anti-Pinochet resistance.
