Two rows of metal framed benches with slat wood tops on both right and left of the photo. The benches are lined with pairs of old workers boots. One of the boots has a rusty chain wrapped around it. This chain was used to raise and lower a basket that the workers would keep their clothes in to keep the heavy coal dust off them. The floor here is very dusty and dirty and the wall is two-toned with brown on the bottom and yellow on the top.
