    I made Mont Blanc for Thanksgiving. The base of the cake is meringue. The base is covered with whipped cream and then chestnut cream. It is one of my favorite cakes. I can eat 4 of them, but I made myself stop after I had eaten 2. At least I know the calories are extremely high.
