   Earlier CBS News, citing witnesses, reported that a truck had crashed into the crowd at high speed, & then the driver got out & started firing a weapon, with police returning fire.

   The driver in the #NewOrleans truck ramming in New Orleans that killed at least 10 people was identified as 42-year-old Shamsud-din Jabbar, a #US citizen from #Texas, according to the #FBI. An ISIS flag and weapons were found in the vehicle.
