A Simple Black And White Landscape Photo In Landscape Format. Stretching From The Lower Right Corner Diagonally Across To The Middle Left Margin Is A Cracked, Muddy And Very, Very Sticky Shore. Beyond Is An Expanse Of Calm, Flat, Water, With Just A Few Ripples Breaking The Surface. The Water Appears To Extend For Some Considerable Distance And A Mountain Ridge Forms A Horizon Some Way Away. Above Is A Slightly Moody Sky With Numerous Layers Of Cirrus High Cloud. The Location Is Rosamond Dry Lake In The Mojave Desert, California. Normally Dry As The Name Suggests, But This Winter It Rained (2017).
