   #FellOffTheWagon #Diet wise around Christmas. It started with 2 gifts of home made cookies from neighborhood friends. It’s very hard to just have one when it comes to sweets. So today I’m trying to resume a better diet. Didn’t eat too much this morning. Resisted nuts (even though they’re good to avoid glucose spikes) and will put tempting but necessary snacks in the car instead of where I can easily reach for them as the evening progresses and dinner is over…

   Today is the 37th anniversary of when I met my husband at a #GCDC (Gay Community Dance Committee) New Year’s Eve dance where we were volunteering as security staff for our respective gay charities at the time.
