It's infuriating watching the "homeless problem" debate happening in our local government. There isn't even an agreement on what the homeless problem is.
One side that sees the problem as the thing that is making people homeless, and the other side that sees the problem as the homeless people themselves.
As per usual, it's the "love thy neighbor and feed the poor" Christians spouting the most hateful rhetoric, and simply not wanting to have to see poor people.
In the last 2 years over $950bn has been shifted from 'actively managed' stock-picking funds & into passive funds, as few active funds actually manage to beat the aggregated indexes passive funds mimic/follow;
Look like investors are starting to realise that the only people really getting rich from actively managed funds are the managers themselves.
As a famous book title once had it: 'where are the clients' yachts?'
The financial services parasites have been found out.
