   We’re on the Great Highway at Ulloa, where a driver killed a 68-year-old pedestrian crossing the street Friday morning. Had this happened 2 months later it’d be a car-free park and she’d be fine. There were no deaths from May 2020 to August 2021 when it was car-free 24/7. Car-free and car-light spaces make cities safe for all.
