Columns flank either side and support an arch that resembles a bandshell. The center of the fountain is textured metal that looks like rough seas. In that water is a huge serpentine creature with its tail at the top near the arch and its head near the bottom. Resting in the fountain is a modern placard reading: This is not a working fountain — Please do not touch Thank you!
