   this year:
   - was on disability with stable income for the first time in ages
   - I got kicked out from my family's and went no contact with them
   - have been dealing with trying to quit nicotine and cut down on weed and generally keep getting back on track with recovery. due to this my cognitive ability and dyspraxia improved quite a bit. along with the confidence from transitioning, I found myself more clearheaded and able to communicate my thoughts better, and have felt appreciated for them
   - asked for got help, a place to stay, some work. was vulnerable.
   - went out of my comfort zone many times
   - got my own room, am paying rent, am safe
   - the first year iding fully male, and out + passing as male
   - and ofc. chest flattening
   - I feel like I finally became a real, coherent/substantial person, like an actual human being
