   This is Moray, to me, one of the more fascinating archaeological ruins of the Incas. It was essentially an agricultural laboratory, they could use the different terraces to experiment with growing plants in different environments. The temperature differences between the lowest area and the highest area can be up to 5 °C (9 °F)
