   a cold journey so far! we woke up under the moon and freezing in wrangell. i put on more layers and went back to sleep, waking up late to gorgeous views, a chilly solarium picnic, and then a hike up to snowy Carlanna Lake trail at our stop in Ketchikan

   a big change this year is the M/V Columbia now has wifi 😱, but I’m happy to report people are still reading, napping, and chatting like champs
