Things seem to be shaping up pretty nicely with the #38c3 #Lisp assembly!

The assembly page has been updated with:
- a little logo (attached)
- a list of Lisp-projects that we plan to reach out to
- a CoC (bit of a work in progress, for now we're just referring to Guix's CoC...)
