The last panel shows a very crowded scene with the same accident. At least 5 ambulances are on the spot, and at least 5 more are coming. There's also a helicopter. There are many paramedics, police officers, firefighters, all trying to handle what seems like a very large numbers of injured or deceased clowns that they keep extracting from the car.
