Cuban tree frog walking down a large rain splattered green leaf blade. Its head is lifted up looking at the camera and its left trailing leg is doing a Big Stretch. The eyes are a reddish amber and the skin on the dorsal surface has a slightly bumpy texture of mottled greens and browns, but the ventral sides that are visible are smooth and translucent. This is especially visible in the webbing between its splayed toes, on its large toe pads, and along the inner thigh of the leg doing a Big Stretch. The leaf has longitudinal veined ridges with individual cells between in alternating shades of darker and lighter green and there are reddish brown spots where we can see that the leaf is undergoing some cell death as it nears the end of its season.
