   It may also be noteworthy that while electric generation is relatively very clean (due to the abundance of hydro energy for a small population), the industrial decarbonization is not quite as far along. It depends a lot on carbon credit trading and a carbon tax. The latter being very unpopular in all countries and already massively held against the Greens.
