A video of a live point cloud being displayed in a volumetric display. The footage of the display is competent enough - a tripod-mounted closeup with a wide open aperture, and the refresh rate not beating too badly against the framerate. The content is somewhat overpowered by the room reflected brightly in the dome of the display. In the reflection you can see me in a corner fiddling around with some stuff. In the display - oh man. It's bright. It's primary coloured. It's janky and flickery and made up of dots. At one point my hand comes into frame, and it's then that maybe you realise you're looking at a yellow mug on a blue mat on a desk. I pick it up and sort of wave it around.

What this thing needed was another source of barely recognisable low res flickery points of light.
