   @freemo Project QOTO - Could I ask you to send out a message out similar to what I've written below (copy and paste?) just so I can get working with #QOTO people in more of a official team?
   Something like:

   💬 "FreeSchool has the ok to make a test #project within QOTO provided it's results go well and positively between it's people. Ask FreeSchool for more info."

   People will then see it more as their thing and also shape it.

   I'm not defining things too much more than "communication to find out the answers ourselves" to show the positive attempts as we go since I have to reply and understand people's ideas more.

   They will see open feedback from each other (which will be the proof of work itself) which is why it's made using participation.

   The message you send is there to help people see things as a group or #team effort to allow themselves to #contribute however they can and want to.

   It won't need you to do any work actually.

   What do you think of sending this message out today and see how it goes over time?
