   Alright, the back has finally caved for the day. I managed a 7km walk in the woods with the doggos. Admittedly this hike was almost entirely on the forestry service roads vs bike trails, but it was still a haul, and plenty of steep climbing was involved .Afterward, I assembled and then planted the troika of trees I made a few years ago; the missus found the design on the Pinterest and had to have them. And then I cut 4 4X8 panels of Sonapan sound insulation for the basement ceiling.
