Stainless steel coffee pot filter basket on bottom shows brown coffee oil collected around slits in basket for percolating. This is after I washed it with dish detergent. See next photo.

   Anyone recall I was complaining of coffee oil stains on my percolator? Ran down some rabbit holes from tips shared. Bottle Bright turns out to have sodium percarbonate a main ingredient and whoa—that’s what makes OxiClean work so well. 1st photo the bottom of filter basket AFTER I washed. 2nd photo is after I put a bit of OxiClean as paste for 10 minutes then washed.
