And so this is the program: I am gonna help you 1. define and frame your project, 2. look at your 3 columns (subjects you love and good at, love and not feeling good at, and not love plus really don't like it... there might be another column that will appear) 3. define your core word that has shape your actions and choices 4. then here we are going at the heart of the program as we are going to begin gather your ressources to help you with your project 5. we are going to do your map of resources here as it will help you remind yourself of your strengths when facing the challenges that you will face 6. we are here going to clarify a bit more your project and visualize it 7. self-care is of utmost important and you are going to create your own unique kit to help you take care of yourself 8. this is time to celebrate and enjoy all that you have done 🥳 (we will also use this time for feedback on your experience, maybe reframe some parts of your map and give me feedback on the program itself) So there you have it: a lovely program to get you running.
