The same powder blue Surly Preamble bicycle from the previous picture is now propped up against some metal shelving that holds all sorts of boxes and other computer stuff clutter in an inside office area. One bright yellow pannier is sitting in front of the bike, with its top still rolled up and closed; the other pannier is on the bicycle but has been opened and unrolled, with the top extending above the bicycle's seat. We're seeing the bicycle from the (left) side again. Underneath the bicycle is a piece of transparent plastic sheeting so that when it rains, the bike doesn't drip road grunge on to the actual floor, although the floor is beige university linoleum anyway. Still, it's good to be kind to your janitorial staff.
