   As per Japan's Health-Labor-Welfare Ministry weekly report COVID patients per medical facility (nationwide) for 11 - 17 Nov 2024 was 1.90 (=9406 cases) whilst the figure for influenza was 1.88 (=9309 cases)[1], but while media sound alarms about flu & mycoplasma, COVID has largely been ignored.
   However, last week's increase of #COVID cases may be causing some ripples.
