    I just spent half an hour on the phone with "researcher" karen. Because the clip on her microphone is "broken". She immediately needs a replacement shipped in from Europe to finish her research project. Sent through a photo of the clip. It's clearly just been bent. I explained in excruciating detail how to bend it back.

    How the fuck these people can get dressed in the morning, let alone get a PHD I will never understand.
