   Fantastic and timely analysis of latency shifts on the paths among ATLAS probes after Sunday/Monday's odd double cable cuts in the Baltic Sea. https://labs.ripe.net/author/emileaben/does-the-internet-route-around-damage-baltic-sea-cable-cuts/

   The takeaway message is a good one, too: the Internet routes around this damage, with only minor changes in latency. But by itself, the event doesn't reveal the *depth* of resilience: what would happen after the third, or fourth, or tenth such cable cut in a short window of time...
