   Unfortunately, even though it's still #Movember I had to shave the mustache because of medical reasons. I have been diagnosed with sleep apnea and have been prescribed a CPAP. I'm using a nose pillow since my nose is too big(!!) for normal masks (there was one that covered the entire face, but I couldn't relax with it obviously.) The sleep pillow works perfectly, albeit without a mustache.

   Today is #InternationalMensDay, and I celebrate by sharing my own vulnerabilities, this being one of them
