Great news: In anticipation of the winter COVID and flu surges, Sonoma County in California is reinstating its mask mandate for healthcare workers. It will remain in effect from Nov. 18 through April 30.
With Trump and RFK in charge of federal health agencies, it's even more critical that local public health depts step up and protect the health of their communities.
Since COVID continues to surge and cause harm, one of the best ways to do this is to require masks in healthcare.
