   A quick check shows that the domain name was registered in September and the website appears to be hosted by godaddy.de.

   It's all a lie. The claimed publisher rolled up into their parent company in 1992, or they're a small game developer in Estonia, or a defunct British online retailer. The pages claiming they're a multi-national read like AI junk and include gibberish like a HK address that doesn't list them.
