    The Office of the Prosecutor General of Ukraine has launched a criminal investigation into the reported killing of another Ukrainian POW by Russian forces. A video that emerged today, shows a Russian soldier fatally shooting a wounded and unarmed Ukrainian prisoner of war at point-blank range.
