   The police killed 4,025 people last year in nine states monitored by the Security Observatory Network. Blacks account for 87.8% of those killed in cases where information on skin color is available. This means that, in the territories observed by the Network, a black person was killed every four hours. The data is part of the report Pele Alvo: mortes que revelam um padrão, released on Thursday (7/11).
