   * Think hard about who you're going to tell, and when, and talk over your own wishes about who they can tell, and when.

   As you might imagine, I've spent some time talking to my parents today as these welcome results have come in. My mother is (mostly) retired now, and she's doing a lot of volunteer work on end-of-life care.
