Every bit I see of the dems, that unsurety, nervousness, is probably chalked up to the fact they underestimated how we would propagate the actual truth in the "marketplace of ideas".
Their whole plan rested on being able to zog up the country and wallpaper over the downsides of their actions with their corporate media apparatus. But their granddaughters, thrust into management positions well above their IQ level, screwed it all up by pushing too hard and too fast. Now, the media landscape is fragmented into ten thousand little domains, never to again unify under the steady hand of a corporation.
So they can't keep hiding the downsides of their actions. There won't be another Schindler's List watched by 80% of the voter base. There won't be another generation of water-cooler conversations joking about their favorite super bowl ad.
And maybe even worse than losing their control system, these dem figureheads can actually hear back from us. They can't just tell each other we're a tiny, loud minority, and go along with their plans as if we don't exist. They cannot exist without being psychically assaulted by our rhetoric, constantly hammering their fragile minds with doubt every time they turn on their smartphone. Maybe worse still is that so many of our attacks aren't just "hateful", but coherent and logical, too. Each anon that tears into obama on the TL is another time-delay fuse sitting in the back of his mind.
A good anon comment sits in his mind, makes him feel things as his gulfstream taxis out over the tarmac. He can't help but think about your attacks, they reverberate in his mind, in his heart, and there is no escape.
So he gets up on stage and gives this middling performance, because he's hearing a cacophany of imagined doubt. He no longer has that surety that he'll be worshipped by zog acolytes in the year 2100. He looks out into the crowd and doubts.
