Interesting detail:
This spectrum chart has horizontal lines around 16kHz.
At reddit, a sound engineer confirmed these are literally electrical noise.
This particular noise, coming from 16khz is apparently from the cathode ray tube monitors (CRT monitors). Many masters, coming from 1990s have this, because CRT was widely used back then.

So, an old CRT monitor was around when this was being recorded/mastered 🤡
The masterer did not even bother to clean this at all 🤷♂️
