    Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha urges Western partners to lift restrictions on long-range strikes, citing the surge in Russian drone attacks. In September, Russia launched 1,331 drones against Ukraine — 44 per day on average. By October, this had risen to 1,908, or 62 per day.

    "Russia is ramping up terror... Let us target their bases and stockpiles. Allow our partners to intercept in our skies. Lift all restrictions to protect lives from terror," Sybiha calls on allies.
