   I had imagined they'd be for something to do with mood of one sort or another. I hope you're on them for the shortest time possible, even when such things work as intend they always throw something else out of balance, neurochemically.
   
   If you are getting back into martial art that will certainly help process anger in ways that are less reliant on the pharmacy. Whatever methods you find to work through it all I hope you get to a desirable outcome soon, man. :hug_apu:
