@pwm@lab.nyanide.com @Tony@clew.lol if i don't do every day there's no way for me to build enough consistency where i don't fall off the wagon, i end up missing like 2/7 days of the week without even planning for it anyways. i've always been really horrible with exercising regularly. This is my plan, i kind of pick and choose so I don't do all the exercises on the day but basically just cycle through these 3. i was thinking of moving some of the back stuff into a preworkout stretching thing but idk, i usually just do like really deloaded first superset as a warmup kind of thing and it pretty much works
