   Maybe I'm just jaded or watch too much media. But anytime there is a storyline revolving a parent I almost always roll my eyes because it's either a story revolving around mommy issues or daddy issues or just shitty parents and it's just kind of predictable on how the characters are going to end up most of the time.

   At least when I was writing my story my entire theme is about the idea of loving someone or something so much that you're willing to corrupt yourself and destroy everything around you just for that single person.
