   Don’t open the champagne yet. The October 14 Fulton Country Superior Court ruling that a county elections board member MUST certify election results does not address the BIG threat: that the new MAGA-controlled STATE elections board is threatening not to certify the election if a county does not meet Trump’s idea of a fair count. (The ruling affects only the county boards, not the state board, which is where the danger is.)
