It's Old Mill in South Perth. It's not a big windmill, looks like maybe only has 2 floors. I don't think it turns, so that's safe. But, sssshh, what the pic doesn't show is that it's next to the freeway. Looks idyllic in the pic, but probably noisy and a bit pollutey. Bit like the Crawley Boat Shed. Actually, may not be a great retirement place.
