I started my investigation by checking the EC2 instances: [REDRACTED] & [REDACTED], and could gather that the instances were launched from AMIs: macOS Ventura 13.2.1 and macOS Monterey 12.6.3 respectively. As you are already aware that Apple has recently published an update to MacOS & bridgeOS(IPSW 20P4252 or 20.16.4252.0.0 ), which is used to verify which MacOS version is supported on our Mac1.metal dedicated hosts. The macOS Ventura v13.xx series needs this latest bridgeOS version to successfully boot up. On checking internally, I was able to find that your host: [REDRACTED] has BridgeOS version: 19.16.10744.0.0,0 . As you can see that the underlying hardware is running an older BridgeOS version of '19.16.10744.0.0,0', it can perhaps only boot up the following macOS versions, everything else apart from this will continue to fail. • macOS 11.6.3 • macOS 11.6.4 • macOS 12.2 • macOS 12.2.1
