   🧵 Back in July, I filed a formal complaint with California Air Resources Board about Apple's stupid secret fab.

   I send them records & told an investigator about how Apple almost manslaughtered me.

   The BAAQMD has now already cited Apple for *6* formal violations (illegal air-dumping).

   Here's a copy of the receipt of my complaint. I had requested Judicial Notice of it in the civil lawsuit, but the Judge apparently ignored it.
