View over the Fenton River Valley, eastern CT US. Deciduous trees have begun to change color and red, yellow and orange colors are seen most the mostly green forest into the far distance. The trees lining the river itself are red maples which still show some color, but mostly have begun to lose their leaves defining the river in pale reddish color in the distance. The sky above is clear blue with a smattering of while fluffy clouds. Grey rocks in the foreground line the cliff edge.
