   I have ethical sub routines. Most people do. When they want to ignore them or defy them, they tell themselves a story or give themselves a reason it's necessary.

   At the end, when the EMH's ethical sub routines are restored, #7of9 suggests he put security on them so they aren't so easily deleted.
