   Rotated out part of the supply, 28 gallons in water brick stackable water storage. These are handy because you can move them. easily.

   Lessons:

   1. Should have rotated them sooner! Although the water was good, the lids had started to grow... stuff. Washed the lids with hot soap and water and soaked them in sanitizer, and also rinsed out all the bricks with sanitizer, as well.
   2. These are only 3.5 gallons, I might want to get some more since they are easier to mange. The (rubber) lids do seem to be amenable to mold/fungus/bacteria though.

   (these 8 gallons I got, remarkably, dumpster diving. They had been tossed -- new and unopened with tags -- behind a store here).
