   Well, the best I can figure, the "top" is a bunch of old European royal families. The "why" is roughly alluded to in Schwab's book The Great Reset. Economy too top-heavy, too many do-nothings, whatever the issue, post-2008 economy has been fucked.
   
   But the thing is, this Great Reset has to be tricky because it's going to fuck over a lot of people - so the way it works is they put these jackasses in office (Obama, Biden) and they make life miserable for the value-producing class, meanwhile they're talking up the great reset to the chair-warmer class.
   
   Then they flip and put Trump in and HE does the great reset. Value producing class is happy that they're no longer getting stepped on. Chair-warmer class is scared and angry (and unemployed) and they instinctively run off to the nearest 15-minute-city.
