   European governments should stop paying benefits to male Ukrainian refugees of fighting age to convince them to return home and enlist in the army, Poland’s foreign minister has finally said.

   EU citizens should certainly not be paying Ukrainians that are violating the laws of their country of origin while also paying to help their country fight a war when their army is desperate for soldiers.
