Looking out across Collingwood Dock to the crenelated old hydraulic accumulator tower, its clock face just about visible. The dock water is like a mirror, reflecting the orange and blue sky and drifting contrails from above. The sun is just about to dip below the Wirral peninsula on the horizon.
